We ship LIVOS products throughout New Zealand.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from Northland once payment has been received.

Estimated delivery times:

• North Island: 1–3 working days
• South Island: 2–4 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier demand.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Where possible we aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Rural delivery addresses may take an additional 1–2 days depending on courier routes.

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue quickly.
